Samsung Care+ activation

So I recently purchased an S24 Ultra via the Samsung online store and got the discounted 12-month Samsung Care+. How would I know if it's already activated or do I need to activate it if I got it online during purchase? 

I didn't receive any email about Samsung Care+ which I believe you usually get when you purchase on in store.

Wait for the email cs.care. once that goes through with your contract number your coverage is active. It can take up to a month.

Got my phone delivered yesterday in the afternoon. The Samsung Care details email arrived around lunch today. It might be different for everyone but sharing my case.

I was asked to contact the Samsung Care + Team tomorrow because system is not recognizing my IMEI. Dunno if anyone is in the same boat, but here's the info:
