Samsung checkout declining my cards when buying from Galaxy Store

I was going to buy a theme on the Galaxy Store when samsung checkout kept declining my cards. I used Mastercard and Visa as well as my paypal and all of them won't work despite no limitation from card issuers. I was able to pay with samsung checkout before with genshin but next transaction involving galaxy store did not work. I tried deleting cache and storage of galaxy themes, store and checkout as well as restarting my device but nothing works. 

Has anyone experienced this before? What is a possible solution for this?

Okay so I just finished doing your instructions and then tried it again and it's still the same :(( Tried both cards and both had same results. Thank you so much for your help still 🙏

Are you using PayPal? I have no PayPal balance but my GCash mastercard is connected to it. Is your PayPal updated?

I'm using Paymaya Visa card and my other debit card. Both won't work but worked before. I do have a Paypal acc and I will try to cash in first.

Mine is version 8.40.1 but overall look it just the same.

So I loaded my Paypal and it WORKED!! 😭 So now I know only Paypal works. I'm still kind of bummed out but at least something worked. Wonder why cards don't work 😕

Where are you buying this theme from? The galaxy store? Or from themes app?

I bought the theme from the theme app. But I bought a font from galaxy store last time a Samsung member had same issue when buying a font. Both transactions can be found in galaxy store.

I bought it at the theme app. Thank you for your financial sacrifices too hahahaha did the previous samsung member resolve the same issue?

No. In the end, I just advised her to get a GCash mastercard and link that to PayPal. She said she only has GCash App and PayPal. Her PayPal had balance though. I haven't heard from her since then.
