SAMSUNG FIX THIS! EVER SINCE I UPDATED TO ONE UI 6.1 ERRORS STARTED HAPPENING. NOW THIS HAPPENED, I CAN'T PAY USING MY GOOGLE PLAY STORE NOW. BEFORE I UPDATED TO ONE UI 6.1 THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!

Please don't tell me not to reply if I can't "say anything nice" because it's natural for people to respond with the same energy as your post. The fact that you casually used the word "disgusting" in describing the app spacing on folders says it all. While you may have preferences on how certain things look, even the biggest people in the tech industry don't talk like that.
So you claim to have done the suggested steps, and what else? Have you tried clearing cache or clearing data of the app? Have you tried switching to a different payment method? Have you tried sending an error report to both Google and Samsung? Have you tried doing a factory reset? Have you tried going to a service center to show the [possible isolated] issue you're having?
While I understand that you may be purchasing items at the Google Play Store more than the average consumer does, and that this issue is a "big inconvenience" to you than what we can comprehend, Maybe it would help if you also enumerate the troubleshooting steps you've done so far so the community can save time and eliminate those to better recommend other possible fixes?

SupportWhich country you set in? If i am not wrong Google play store restricted access to app only in your own country now
