Samsung Member Benefits (app)

I am wondering why my Samsung Member Benefits in my new Samsung phone is not reflecting anything while my old one still gets the "Benefits" list. I bought both new and old phones from Samsung stores in PH. 

What could be the issue? Need help. Ty.

Mine loads fine...

Mone loads on the old S7. But not here.
