Restarting

Can I ask Why my Samsung A134g automatically restarting , even the automation in the setting if off. please help .thank you

Try going into Safe mode. When it restarts, press and hold the volume down button.

to make it short, backup all data then do a factory reset.
or disable protect battery (if enabled) and turn on "reduce transparency and blur" in visibility enhancements

I already turn off the protect battery and turn on the reduce transparency. I'll observe if it will not happen again. thankyou 😊

If it didn't work, go into Safe mode.
