Based on function, I'm going to say 5:
1. Wide/Main Cam
2. Ultrawide
3. 3x Telephoto lens
4. 10x Periscope Lens; and
5. Selfie Cam

I wouldn't consider the laser auto-focus (which is the 5th lens in the back) as a camera because it's more like a sensor and it's used for better portrait shots (I believe) partnered with the main cam. A 6th cam would have been considered IF the S22 Ultra is using an under-display optical fingerprint scanner. But the S22 series rock an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
