Samsung Q950T - Random restarts while in use.

Just wondering if anyone else have got this issue. So I have a Q950T system. It restarts every now and then while I am watching a movies or playing games. Initially it was connected to the ARC port on the tv and a firmware update fixed the drop out while connected to the tv. I also have an Xbox series X and I have now connected the soundbar directly to the Xbox to get the Atmos as my TV doesn't suppport it. Now facing the same issue on Xbox but no issues when connected to the TV. I have tried firmware update, changing wifi channels, allowing Raw Audio to pass through from xbox. Enabled and disabled CEC on TV and Xbox. Took it to the technician and he says no issue with the device and he couldn't test with the xbox. Its so random and some days far too often other days once in a few hours. It displays BYE and goes off and then comes back within a couple of seconds. When it's about to turn off the Audio kind of plays in a loop from the last 2 seconds. I am so annoyed with it and Samsung service wasn't too helpful either.

Not sure what else is going to happen. Like I mentioned earlier, I even took it to the service center and dropped it off there for a few days but didn't have a pleasant experience with them. The lady was rude to me at first and when I asked her to send me whatever she said to me in writing she agreed and dropped off and then a while later called me and asked me to come with my xbox to test it and I was going to do that, but when I was about to leave with it the next day they called and said the technician is away so come the next day. I mean we all have our own lives and not sitting idle to just drive an hour every day. Also I can't guarantee that it will happen in an hour or two of me being present there with the xbox since It is so random, some days it will work without any issues for hours and then it will start reboot constantly again. Now what I contract your service center again and they do the same thing all over again making me do 5 more trips to the other end of Auckland? I am just so disappointed! After owning so many Samsung devices, wasn't expecting this experience.
