First of all, I truly apologize for your phone's issue. However, an IP68 rating means that your phone can be water-resistant from fresh water only (and also for up to 30 minutes only). This means that you still need protection from water when you're going to use your phone on salt water (beaches) and chemically-treated waters (swimming pools and water spas).
If the moisture from your rear camera lens isn't drying up, you need to bring your device to an Authorized Samsung Service Center. No it was just a little splash and what??? after i took out a selfie in the pool with not much water in it the camera moist so i tried to go home and put it on the rice but still the camera moist i gave it to the samsung service they said its already ok but after a few minuite the screen turn to pixelated then it blacks out
Have you gone to the service center again and told them about this issue? You need to go to the same service center you've gone to and tell them the issue that persisted after their moisture cleanup in your phone.
