I don't know a way to make it automatic. it's not included in Bixby routines, not even an option in App timers. I don't know if it's available in parental control.
you can exclude such apps (like games) if you don't want it accessible in your work/school focus mode - which can be set to activate automatically through Bixby routines so you could only access it after work/school
