I, Antasha, recently purchased a hardware ultra matte screen protector from your Samsung Store at Aeon Seremban 2 on 26th November 2024. After installing it on my device, I noticed bubbles that cannot be removed, despite carefully following the installation instructions.

I would like to inquire whether this issue can be resolved. If necessary, I am willing to bring my device to the store or send the screen protector for further inspection

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance or suggest appropriate steps to resolve this matter.

Just go to service center reinstall again
