SupportHello All, i have recently bought Samsung Watch ultra and currently using Samsung S23 Ultra with GOMO physical sim.
I tried setting up "Mobile plan" on my Samsung Wearable and it just show me error 4001.
May i know what to do?

Thanks for the link, just tried and it's same error 4001 after I un-installed samsung wearable and reinstalled the app through Samsung store. The watch has been reset and the same error when I tried setting up the mobile plan.

Hi, only the 3 telcos are eligible for Watch eSIMs: Singtel, StarHub and M1. MVNOs are excluded.

Switched to Singtel sim-only and managed to activate numbershare mobile plan on the watch. Finally able to receive call and sms from watch when phone is not around!
