Smart Tag 2

The location of my Smart Tag 2 is not updating. The last update of the location was January 22, 2024 (date today is February 2, 2024) 

Days before, I attached the smart tag2 to my dog and went outside. I tried to refresh its location. Unfortunately, it did not update. 

Yesterday, I also tried to refresh its location, still not updating.

I am not the only one Samsung device user in my household 

Can anyone help me on how will I be able to update the location of my smart tag 2?

Hey Sairyl,
