SupportThere is a serious problem with Samsung's site.
Now, because there are always way too many replies, talking about mobile data, wifi and some other wireless connection nonsense, I want to get something very clear first
I HAVE AN ACTUAL FIBER OPTIC HARD WIRED CONNECTION TO MY HIGH END DESKTOP AND I do mean real fiber optic not this COX/COMCAST/Verizon fios generic *** that uses a coax cable then has the audacity to call it fiber.
My download speed is a little over 980mb/s and my up load speed is just under 980mb/s Yet on this site I'm only getting just under 13kb/s\
THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I'VE RUN INTO THIS TYPE OF DOWNLOAD ISSUE so There should be no copy past replies about connection or resetting the modem or whatever else.
Here is the file I'm trying to download: (Note it's for the Odyssey G7 28 4K 144hz and it's only 1.5gb in size)
Without something being seriously broken on Samsung's end, there is absolutely no reason why a 1.5GB update is taking over 6 hours to download on an actual fiber optic connection
The problem is on this site's end so please fix it

UPDATE:
I stopped the download and tried it again and now for some reason it's downloading at the proper speed until it hits 1.4 GB with about 200 MB left and then the download grinds to a halt and then the time to finish download starts going up and the mb/s drops from about 27mbs down to about 2 mb/s.
I left it like this for 2 minutes just to see what would happen and the time to FINISH that last section was up to about 10 minutes.
UPDATE AGAIN
I left this alone for less time and the time to finish skyrocketed to a whopping 3+ hours and the download speed dropped to about 12KB/s
There is definitely something wrong on this sites end
