Hi JPeds13! We want you to have the best phone experience so here ways we can try to get your Galaxy A52 back up and running!

  • Make sure you have the latest firmware update - This super simple solution can make wonders in your phone's performance! Always check if your phone is running on the latest update by going to Settings > Software update.
  • Reset network settings - This could resolve issues relating to network connectivity, including Airplane Mode. Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Network settings > Reset settings
  • Stop apps from changing system settings - You might have an app that keeps messing with your network settings. To stop this, go to Settings > Apps > 3 dots > Special access > Change system settings > Turn off 3rd party apps
  • Wipe system cache - This clears unnecessary data which may be corrupt. To do this, simply follow these steps
  1. Turn off your device
  2. Connect your device to a computer
  3. Press and hold the Power and Volume Up button at the same time
  4. Release the buttons when the Android logo pops up
  5. Use the Volume Down button until you reach "Wipe cache partition"
  6. Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes"
  7. Press the Power button to confirm the action
  8. Wait for the system to wipe the cache
  9. Press the Power button to turn the device back on

Here's a video to guide you through system cache wipe process as well. Please do let me know if this helps! Good luck! 🤗
