Support from Samsung UK, not local

I found it frustrating to have received replies from the Samsung UK support team rather than my local support team in Singapore.

After reporting my problem directly from Samsung Pay, I would automatically expect help and support from Samsung Singapore because that's where I'm at.

Not only did I face trouble with Samsung Pay, but a reply from the official Samsung UK did no help except to refer me to contact the support team in Singapore without forwarding them my problem.

Hope that Samsung can look into this and fix the problem such that help is given from the local team directly because my problem isn't solved and I have to repeat my question to Samsung Singapore.

Hi, I would suggest going to Samsung Pay and click the left menu button > settings icon > Contact us and you will see the Ask questions in the image. Then, the subject will automatically be Samsung Pay. Subsequently, replies should be from Samsung Singapore team. Cos the app is based on location. If u are in overseas, the app will automatically set to the local content and u won't be able to see Singapore's content.Screenshot_20221009_094854_Samsung Members_1000003706_1665280134.jpg
