Guys, good day! Based on your overall exerience, which is better in terms of overall functionality and usability? Samsung messages or Google messages? I will really appreciate all your honest feedbacks. Thanks!
I prefer Samsung Messages. It has RCS too just like Google Messages, and don't forget the features like scheduling a message, quick responses, and many more. Also, the design is in line with OneUI which I like. Google Messages have the message reactions inside RCS (also a more stable RCS) on the other hand. It would be nice if they'll add this to a future update in Samsung Messages.
With the increased frequency of spam messages I received everyday, I switched to Google Messages to take advantage of Spam Protection feature. It automatically blocks the spam message and you have the option to block and report the number.
If the spam messages stop or if Samsung implement a working Spam protection for messages, I will definitely switch back again to Samsung Messages, I like the UI and style of Samsung than Google.
