Hi, anyone knows how to delete system files storage? Mine is at 53GB already but the A13 update is only 4GB. System file should only be arnd 28 to 32GB. Can anyone help?

Before you try the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. Please check the following steps for how to update your mobile device's software.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Steps to wipe or clear the Cache Partition.

Step 1. Turn off your Samsung Galaxy phone.

Step 2. Press and hold the Volume Up key. If your Samsung device has the Home button, make sure that you press and hold Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons together. Continue pressing and holding the buttons until the Recovery Mode screen comes up.

Step 3.  Release buttons.

Once the Android Recovery screen comes up, you can let go of the buttons.

Step 4. Highlight “Wipe cache partition”.

Use the Volume Down button to highlight ‘Wipe cache partition.’

Step 5. Select “Wipe cache partition”.

Press the Power button to select ‘Wipe cache partition.’

Step 6. Highlight “Yes”.

Use Volume Down button to highlight “Yes.”

Step 7. Select "Yes".

Press the Power button to confirm “Yes.”

Step 8. Allow the system to clear the cache.

Wait for a few moments as the system wipes the cache.

Step 9. Select "Reboot system now."

Press the Power button to reboot the device. This will return the device to the normal interface.

Manage File Storage and delete unused and unnecessary files.

Check the file categories which include Documents, Images, Audio, Videos, and Applications. I you see an unused file here, you can press Delete to remove it.
