Time to go back to iOS. Thanks to One UI 7 being super delayed

I just recently switched from apple to samsung and now i see the difference. Poor customer experience. Apple can deploy major ios updates globally without hiccups. But Samsung, you guys always keep on delaying it. Might be changing back to ios once iphone releases it's new series.

Your customers need a valid reason for this unwanted delay!

While I currently own a Samsung S24 Ultra, my disappointing experience with their customer experience is prompting me to switch to iPhone with their next release.

Yes! Super disappointing! Don't get me wrong i took a big leap on switching to Samsung for Apple because I thought galaxy phones are more innovative and cool (i currently have z fold 6). But with this kind of experience? I'd rather have a phone that is simple but strong and reliable company, like Apple rather than experiencing this kind of frustration! It's like Philippine politics!! PROMISES THAT ARE MEANT TO.BE BROKEN!!

I agree! Imagine my phone, the S24 Ultra, as the best phone of 2024 pero sa inaasta ni Sammy, akala mo luma na ang fone. Partida simula palang to ng 7 years na promise pero delayed na. Samsung is experiencing a severe issue with their UI 7. This could potentially lead to customers feeling neglected. Bye Samsung na sa October. I'll switch back to ios

EXACTLY! WE'VE BEEN PROMISED 7 YEARS OF UPDATE! PERO THIS KIND OF FRUSTRATION! STUPID!

APPLE NEVER BRAGS ABOUT THEIR IOS UPDATE BEING ABLE TO COVER THEIR PREVIOUS IPHONES! AND ONE BIG THING TO CONSIDER. THEY ARE MAN OF WORDS! AND ITS GLOBAL!

Di ba?? Ito pa, how long will the S23 series users wait kung sa s24 series ang tagal na. Maabutan nlang talaga tayo nito ng Android 16. 🫠 And sa mga nagsasabing di makapag antay, it's just an update. Sorry but not sorry, Samsung is delayed for 6 months already and almost a year next month since nag start ang beta ng one ui 7 FYI sa mkkabasa nito. We bought our phones not just for camera etc.. because of the software updates na kasama sa binayaran natin. I want that!

Exactly!! Updates happen to phone to catch up with the latest technology, security patches, etc. And most of all, it's what they have promised! At the end of the day! Customers should be their first, not them! Ibang android devices afaik naka android 16 na!
