Time to go back to iOS. Thanks to One UI 7 being super delayed

I just recently switched from apple to samsung and now i see the difference. Poor customer experience. Apple can deploy major ios updates globally without hiccups. But Samsung, you guys always keep on delaying it. Might be changing back to ios once iphone releases it's new series.

Your customers need a valid reason for this unwanted delay!

I am so frustrated with these delays and gaslighting from Samsung but I think Samsung is still a better option. iPhone's false advertisement fiasco regarding the Apple Intelligence is still more evil than these delays.

Imagine we Samsung users sharing our frustrations for a software update while iPhone users are still left behind the technologies that is already old for most of the android users 😊

Pero i'd rather have a company that might have holding back some cool features from us (comparing to galaxy ai) but at least reliable when it comes to their launch date and other updates.

It's more on:

Apple: Here is my product and this is what you will be expecting and the launch date is this. Period

Vs

Samsung: Here is my product and we are 10 steps ahead than Apple features and the launch date is.... oops! Something went wrong, we'll delay this update and we'll.let you know when its going to be available(actually they even gaslight you... haha)

Well it's debatable. But for me, i'd still choose Samsung. Maybe skip next year or the next because the upgrades is very iterative but most likely still with Samsung. This is the best in between of apple and chinese brands for me so far.

As i switched january. Sabi ko okay ako w S24 U since mag update naman ng UI. Hahahahha ayun. Regretting now.

Ako din! Got this last Feb. I did expect OS upgrade tapos until now wala pa. Comparing to Apple, they will set a date for new iOS to old phones and it will arrive as promised. Dito, paaasahin ka e

Hala same na same!! Pero yes Apple does global update then patch patch na lang for bugs, etc. Nasanay na rin lang yata tayo.
