Turn On Mode Outside of Location?

Hi. I found the Modes very helpful. I can make a Mode that turns on when I am at home. 

One problem is when I want a Mode that only turns on when I am at outside, meaning I am out of the radar of my house. In other words, I want a condition of the Mode that checks if I am not at the location. Hope if that makes sense

The use case is I want to set my notifications volume to max when I am outside since my phone is only hidden in my bag. That way I can tell if I get SMS texts.

Not sure if this is still available in Android 13 but in Android 12, Bixby Routines have that feature that when you leave a place you set, a routine will activate.

I'm still in Android 12 so not sure about the features in Android 13

Found it. It's really in the routine, and if you think about it, routine actually makes more sense. Thank you!!

Huh. I can't seem to see the Mode option under the "Then" in the Routines. At least I can change the sound volume.
