Unable to access SmartTag

I'm unable to access my SmartTag today because it keeps prompting me to update "Find My Phone" . I was still avle to access the SmartTag yesterdah.

When I clicked on "Update", it shows that my phone isn't compatible.

Hey donutsX,

This is just a guess, but the update must've messed with your Smart Tag's firmware. 

Would you mind resetting your Smart Tag and pairing it again with your Fold5? Check out this guide to find out how: Use the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag and SmartTag+
