Viber rings on call

Anybody help me? When I'm in a middle of a phone call, and somebody calls using viber, my phone will ring. And it hurts my ear...🤣

Have u solved this? I was checking the settings and I saw under call alerts and ringtones that theres an option to allow alarms and calls during calls

I already turned it off. But still ringing. Don't know why

Thats odd but the following are other things you could check toggle on and off

-viber in calls (viber app)
-call waiting (system call setting)
-appear on top (phone system app setting)

A) Before we begin, ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download Install > Follow on-screen notifications.

B) Check your Viber apps Notification settings, and disable the use system sounds, when you receive a call and/or Silence unknown callers.

1) Settings > Notifications > Call ringtone (disable it)

2) Settings > Calls and Messages > Silence unknown callers 

No ringtone will play when people not in your contact list call you in Viber. But you will be able to see these calls in your Chat and Recent Calls lists.

C) Uninstall your Viber Apps, clear all cache, and reboot your device.
