Should your device be one of the eligible devices, please DO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. Especially in TAKING A SCREENSHOT OF THE REDEEM CODE BEFORE SWIPING. If your device is eligible but no offer is appearing from your Samsung Members App's BENEFITS TAB, then you might want to wait for a while as the organizers may be doing some adjustments with the overwhelming claimants per unit model. The promotion may take a while to load from the system, and/or the organizers may still be doing some adjustments to accomodate more and more claimants per model unit to prevent overwhelming claimants.
