Before I recommend you to visit our Samsung Authorized Service Center, you may want to check your Network Service Provider by calling from another device and ask their customer service about the status of your postpaid mobile SIM card and device, along with the signal in your coverage area.
If the solutions provided by your Mobile Network Service Provider has not yet solved your problem, please go to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center.
