why can't I trade-in S22+ 256GB

It is so weird that on the trade-in website I cannot find S22+ 256gb is eligible for trade-in....whereas the same model with 128 gb is eligible. is it some error or something? I emailed the trade-in website but they haven't replied to me...hope somebody from samsung can clarify it....

I suggest that you downloads the app and proceed to test the device, as it should come up as eligible. If this doesn't work please let me know - Ruby
