Do you update your device often? Like security patches, the Google play system update?

You might've disabled features that triggers it. Baka naman you transacted unverified accounts and emails. What was your recent activity that made your GCash money got stolen.

There are many ways to compromise phone security. Security apps often detect risky apps. You may be a victim of social hacking engineering or a compromised email account, not necessarily a compromised phone. If someone has your information, change your email passwords immediately.

Also, use two-factor authentication.
