My WiFi calling suddenly stopped working. I don't if it's with the device or with my carrier. I noticed I'm not getting the VoWiFi icon after I visited a globe store the other day.

What phone are you using? Did it happen after an update?

S23 ultra. No. I just noticed I'm not connected thru wifi calling anymore. Samsung support recommended to reset network settings.

Did resetting the network settings work? And does the Wi-Fi calling turn on?

It did not. Thinking about it. It probably after the update. I have updated it 04/06.

Did you try contacting Globe to enable the Wi-Fi calling function?

Yes. I have been using it even with my previous phones. It's just weird that it stopped working and I don't understand if it is with the network or my device. It's somehow frustrating since we don't have signal inside our house reason why I'm VoWiFi dependent when at home.
