Hello. Tanong ko lang, bakit kaya madalas ako nadidisconnect sa wifi? Happens to me everytime na magvideocall ako sa messenger. Nawawala yung connection sa kalagitnaan ng call. Even before the android 12 update, ganyan ang nangyayari. I already tried "wipe cache partition" pero ganun pa rin. A32 po unit na gamit ko. TYIA po sa makakasagot.

Following are some basic tips to optimize your device back to normal working condition.

A) Ensure that your Samsung Galaxy A32 is up-to-date with the latest software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software updates > Download and install > Follow on-screen messages/notifications

B) Call the customer service support of your Network Service Provider to know the status signal in your coverage area, network experiences, router settings, configuration adjustment, and any assistance.

C) Check your Router Settings & Set-up: Ensure that your device proximity to wi-fi router is within range and reduce interference such as concrete wall, free from any obstruction, etc. Relocate router or your device, if needed.

D) Run Diagnostics under Samsung Members app.

1. Run Samsung Members and select Diagnostic menu.

2. Tap View Tests located under Diagnostics.

3. Diagnostics checks, Tap Wi-Fi

4. Your Samsung Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.

6. You can view your results after each check is complete. Note the results and follow on-screen messages, if any.

E) Submit an error report on Samsung Members app.

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data. 

Step 3. Select Symptom category.

Step 4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Reset. You may have to enter your Pattern, PIN or Password before this.

whats your router, changing the channel is big leap but replacing it will be better, i came from stock modem, extender and finally mesh and all device samsubg and non samsung are not having any issue

Converge po wifi namin. A32 rin po unit ng kapatid ko pero di naman po sya nadidisconnect sa wifi. Weird lang kasi bakit sakin laging nakakaranas ng disconnection
