SupportGreat Samsung morning! Have you already resolved the issue? Have you read what your co-members suggested? You may also try this; Go to the Messaging app's menu, settings, and then "Emergency alert settings" to configure the options. Depending on your phone, you'll be able to toggle each of the alerts independently, choose how they alert you and whether or not they vibrate when you receive one.
Hope to have helped you out. Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you. Stay safe and have a nice day ahead.
