Why does my device dosen't get Emergency Alerts?  But my other phone gets it. I checked the settings and it's on. Any reason why it's not working? Thanks!

From what I noticed, postpaid sims won't activate that service (cause I'm on postpaid and experienced it) so I changed my sim with my other prepaid and now it works whenever I received broadcast messages

without a sim on it (wifi only) my phone gets those push notifs of emergency alerts.
Pero pag nilagyan ko ng sim wala ng alerts, minsan meron plain text message lang from NDRRMC late pa.

Kakadating lang message ng NDDRMC sakin late. Tapos text message lang di Emergency Alerts.

Great Samsung morning! Have you already resolved the issue? Have you read what your co-members suggested? You may also try this; Go to the Messaging app's menu, settings, and then "Emergency alert settings" to configure the options. Depending on your phone, you'll be able to toggle each of the alerts independently, choose how they alert you and whether or not they vibrate when you receive one.
