Wireless Emergency Alert

Why does my device dosen't get Emergency Alerts?  But my other phone gets it. I checked the settings and it's on. Any reason why it's not working? Thanks!

tried your suggestion but non of them worked i think its just a plain settings option that doesnt work at all. iOS and other brands emergency alerts works well.

Hello, I have the same problem on my a56. All settings are ON. But am not receiving any alerts. Everyone in my home and neighborhood are receiving.  Note: I just switched my phone from M13 to A56 last week, I do receive alerts in my previous phone though. Just my new a56 isn't.  Hope anyone can help me sort it out.
