WORST DELIVERY PROCESS

I was notified that my package will be delivered yesterday. But it was marked as rescheduled by customer. I NEVER requested a reschedule. The courier DID NOT SHOW UP. Waited for the phone the whole day. And there were not even a call regarding the time of delivery.

May I know the exact time of delivery and when?
May I have the contact number of the one assigned for the delivery?

Better not to notify the customer if you know you can not deliver on time.

Do not make a overstretch goal to deliver. 

Your tracking number was there to know the status in real time. Not to feed lies to your customer. Causing more frustration and wasted time.

Customer cannot contact anyone aside from AI for the order. Response was not helpful.

Seen many compliants already with the same experience and yet no action was taken to solve the problem.

I know the frustration that you are feeling right now! Your supposed excitement turns out to be a big question mark hanging over your head, uncertain when is the exact date and time of your order will be delivered safely. Whatever the reason of the courier rider about the delay will not go unnoticed and will be dealt accordingly why he/she fail to communicate to you any change/alteration of intended schedule to deliver your anticipated order.
