I received a message that my booking was cancelled because of "no show". I was there and was assisted by a petite lady which advised me to have my screen replaced amounting to 23,803.08 pesos as my phone is already beyond warranty (1 yr & almost 11 months). I explained that it is quiet too much compared the price as shown in the website. Further, I asked if could it be possible to have a free screen replacement as the cause of the green line could not be attributed to a physical damage...or even a discount.

This is really disheartening as I have been taking good care of my phone and I am a loyal user of Samsung from "keypad" days...
