Hi there, this is my 2nd purchased of Flip phone from 3 to 4. Main reason I upgraded it is because after a year the hydrogel/screen protector got bubbles and damaged the main screen, however I just thought of it as my fault cause I think I over flipped it the usual. Then now, my ZFlip4 only age 4months when I purchased it, I did all my best to take care of it but unfortunately same scenario comes and it stressing me out like "what the!" It's only been 4 months and the hydrogel is already a disaster. 😖
What to do? I mean, this is not right and just.

I remembered on my Flip3 they've come up with a promo for free hydrogel. I took my phone in the store only to found out that it is out of stock. SmMega Samsung store took my name and contact # and told me to wait for the call/text for the stock but I does'nt get one. This is so frustating

If I'm not mistaken, if your phone is still under warranty the first instance of inner screen protector replacement should be free. Take it to the nearest service center and get back to me if you encounter any problems.
