Since Android is based on Linux, I theorized that the problem is in how the Android Runtime(ART), (which is where the Java gets compiled into code that runs on special kinds of virtual machines) that will pass code to the HAL or Hardware Abstraction Layer, that resides another step down, Alongside the ART, but above the HAL are C and C++, which are lower level or “less abstract/less simplified” languages/libraries. ART is used by Application framework, Binder IPC and System services interact with Hardware abstraction layer (HAL). My experience in Linux caused me to understand the difference between hardware and software problems.
So it means the Application framework, Binder IPC and System services which interact with Hardware abstraction layer (HAL) is having a "failure to communicate" in another user space in a multi-user environment in which HAL is urging the System services to shut down the app.
I can't touch my Android tablet and the OS on my tablet (I leave it to Samsung to address the problems). Under Android 10 the problem is between the Application framework, Binder IPC and System services vs Hardware abstraction layer (HAL) so it is a software problems. If it is a hardware problem every time you start the tab there is error - which does not occur on my tab only when I start using another user space.
