Hi Samsung team,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue with my Bluetooth keyboard on my Galaxy Tab [S9 FE], running OneUI 7 and Android 14.
Every time the tablet goes into standby or sleep mode, the keyboard remains “connected” but stops registering key presses when the device wakes. The only way to restore functionality is to completely unpair and re-pair the keyboard. This happens consistently and makes the keyboard unusable for productivity.
I’ve tried the following: - Resetting Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings - Disabling battery optimization for Bluetooth system apps - Testing with different Bluetooth keyboards - Using third-party keyboard apps (Gboard, etc.) None of these resolved the issue.
It seems to be a deeper problem with how OneUI handles HID Bluetooth devices after standby. I’ve noticed other users reporting similar behavior, so I suspect this may be a broader bug introduced in recent updates. Please investigate this and consider restoring the ability to clear Bluetooth cache or add an option to force HID reconnection after wake.
This issue is severely impacting usability for those of us who rely on external keyboards. Thanks for your attention.

I suggest sending an error report so it can include logs from your device for them to investigate.
Here's how you can log a report:
