This is an unsatisfactory post. Before anyone can help you you need to give further information. Like was it like this before? What model tab, does it include a sim or does it work on wi-fi? Are you using gmail? Have you changed anything? And any other information that a volunteer member might need to help you.
If you can't do this you might want to contact Samsung Support. To do this, on the main Community page bottom right is the link to Support which outlines a number of ways you can contact them.
