Members "send feedback" is not working.  It says to turn off Background Usage Limits which I HAVE done, and it's still not working.

Sorry Samsung.... but it seems like you've purposely turned this off because you don't want to deal with all the complaints regarding the new UI 7.

How to I get Members "Send Feedback" to work?

1. Add Samsung Members to “Never Sleeping Apps”

Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Background Usage Limits
Tap Never Sleeping Apps
Add Samsung Members

 

2. Set Battery Usage to Unrestricted

Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Battery
Select Unrestricted

 

3. Disable Battery Optimization

Settings > Apps > 3-dot menu > Special Access > Optimize Battery Usage
Select All Apps
Find Samsung Members > Toggle off

 

4. Clear Cache

Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage
Tap Clear Cache

 

5. Update App

Open Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates
Update Samsung Members if available

 

6. Try Mobile Data

Turn off Wi-Fi
Use mobile data only

 

7. If nothing works

Call 1300 362 603 / 1300 425 299

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble submitting feedback. 

I'd suggest uninstalling then reinstalling the app and ensure that all permissions are allowed for the Samsung Members app.
