Hi I Ordered my S8 ultra tab 22/2/22 and Samsung had some delays so you could imagine how happy I was to see it shipped on Friday the 1/4/22 expect delivery Monday the 4th did not come now startrack are saying if not received by the 12th contact us so we can investigate ( so they have lost it 😂) the gift that just keeps giving

If you recently entered any contests, I suggest reading the contest terms to see how winners will be contacted. If you did not enter it is probably a scam and would be best to delete the SMS.
Hi @DeepDiver9, it can take between 1-10 business days (Mon-Fri) from the dispatch date for your order to arrive so the date provided by StarTrack sounds correct.
If you do not receive it by this date, feel free to reach out to StarTrack or Samsung through the Community forum for this to be looked into.
