Is there a way to specify the screen on the S8 Tablet only draws using the S-Pen and no other screen touching?

I think if you hunt around you might be able to fix using sensitivity settings. I have a vague memory of googling and finding one or more other settings you can play with, like a delay setting when you touch, not per se useful but I think what I read had listed it in the options.

Thank you for your suggestion.

The only setting I could find was the “Touch Sensitivity”, which I had already disengaged to reduce the level of sensitivity.

I am having to manually select additional dots being placed on the touchpad every time I make an annotation addition or amendment to PDF lecture slides.

This oversight in usability is adversely affecting my workflow severely.

Doing the opposite of this might help:
"4Disable gestures. When using the full screen gesture function, touch input may not be possible because the touch is recognized as a gesture. To stop this from happening, disable the full screen gesture function. Open Settings, tap Display and then tap Navigation bar. Tap Buttons to disable full screen gestures."
Another way to avoid dots would be to use "Touch and hold delay". By setting a delay in touching as your hand moves and therefore the touch not recording. A real bugger when you want to revert to normal touch settings. Worth testing though.
