I just bought sa Samsung Tab S8+ at Samsung Store in Ayala Center Cebu but they did not allow me to have additional Student Discount of 5% because they said that I can only choose one discount..Either the 10% discount or 5% Discount. But upon reading here, I can Avail the 10% discount + 5% Student Discount additional.

When I click on the benefits tab it just shows a blank black page. There is nothing, no "this promo" to select or click.

When you click the BENEFITS, it will show you various promos like this one, free 100GB One Drive, Viu Premium Membership etc. Click the promo and it will give you a voucher.

Like I said when I click on the "benefits" it just shows a blank page that specifically says "no content" and I click on "my coupons" and it says "noc oupons". So there is no "this promo" bar or pane to click.

I just had a long chat with Samsung customer Service & they confirmed that the discount codes are sent RANDOMLY to members, so you're lucky you got them. But that randomness is not mentioned or explained in their promo and effectively says that Samsung doesn't treat their members fairly. The discounts mentioned in the post and the Ferebee are available to anyone who buys online or at retail and the very few members actually receive any special voucher. 🥺
