Hi @DKS1, thanks for clarifying. If you don't use Microsoft Launcher, I suggest uninstalling the apps as they may be the cause of the notification.
To do this:

Tap and hold the app icon > Uninstall

Sounds like an error with Microsoft OneDrive?

Perhaps you haven't set it up, or there's a connection issue.

What were you doing when you got the error message?

Hi again, I was able to open ms one drive and it seems to be syncing fine. But I got those messages again. Will check again later.

Did you happen to manually delete any backup files from OneDrive?

It could be that it can't find expected files.

Hi @DKS1, adding onto Dolgogi's comment, are you using any other Microsoft services such as Launcher or Outlook?

To find which app is causing this notification, I suggest:

1. Clicking the notification > Tap ||| on your navigation bar to see which app it opened > Uninstall the app causing the notification.

If you continue to experience the issue, it may be worth reaching out to Microsoft for further support, and the Samsung Members team so that we may narrow down what may be causing the issue.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > 'Send' in top right

Hi Dolgogi and Laura,  thanks for the help.  I've just realised i'd somehow become logged out of my MS Account, so have rectified that.  In the process, I also realised I've got 4 Microsoft Launchers on my Samsung Tablet. I'm not even sure even they are active ? I can send a screen print if that helps ?  Cheers David
