Galaxy Tab A won't turn on

Hi All,

I hope someone can help with the following issue. 

When I try to turn on my Galaxy Tab A SM-T580, the Samsung logo appears and flashes, but the tablet does not boot up.

I have tried pressing power button and volume down button at the same time for 10s and the tablet turns off and on again, but still gets "stuck" on the flashing Samsung logo.

I have tried pressing power button and volume up button at the same time for 20s and nothing changes. I.e. flashing Samsung logo screen doesn't change.

Holding the power button for 10s does not turn the tablet off either. Only goes off when the battery goes flat!

Hope someone can help with this issue. Thanks.

Hi, try taking out the battery without turning it off, there isn't really any harm, and after a few seconds, put it back in again. Hope this helps!
