Have a galaxy tabpro S 10.1 but connecting to the keyboard cover dock port to use the touchpad keyboard mouse is no longer working on my galaxy tabpro S10.1 any ideas to turn it back on I'm using Windows 10 can not find a option to turn it back on

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.Based on what you've described, I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.

Taking the opportunity to clarify that you have addressed Anneabell1. If the device is out of warranty, what option can you suggest please to fix the docking issue? 

do we have to purchase the original keyboard case? if so, where can i please get it?
