Galaxy Themes not only Galaxy Tab s9 FE

There is no galaxy themes app on my tablet, it's on my phone however. Nothing in galaxy store, nothing when I hold down to change the wallpaper, nothing in apps in settings.

Unfortunately, as you've found out, there's no themes in the Galaxy store for tablets.

Perhaps not enough 3rd parties were interested in creating them 🤷

If you haven't tried already, you could download Good Lock and it's various modules and create your own.
