In-Store pickup with Samsung Experience Store delayed without notice and no way to contact store

I preordered the Tab S9 Ultra two days ago and since when I ordered I could not have it shipped today (on release day) I opted to pick up in store, as they said I could get it by today. Well, my order has been stuck at "In Process" all day, resulting in me not getting it on the day they had told me. I tried to call the store and I can't get through to anyone but the service center. The sales and support immediately goes to voicemail. What do you know.... the voicemail is full. Is this just how this goes? Very bad communication and service.

from my experience on S23 i waited for 6 days and the website is unreliable, not accurate at all. i just receieve a text from consegnia that its for delivery then headed to store to pick it up.
