Hi! I'm met with a lot of soft ware issues which Samsung tech support just dismissed as issues with the application and asked me to contact support for apps like Google, Zoom, Telegram, etc.
I was wondering if everyone else using tablet is facing the same issues as there's nothing the tech support team can do to trouble shoot these issues:
Google docs
- When using google docs through web browser I am unable to copy and paste images within the document. I also am unable to move images when i click on text wrap optio.
- When using google docs through the application, there is no crop image function
Zoom/Google meets
- When sharing my screen in a meeting, I am unable to see pop up of other participants camera/videos
Telegram
- I can't access stickers
These are all simple basic applications therefore I am not sure why there are so many problems. Samsung marketed the tablet to be able to replace laptops with Dex mode, and samsung shop staff assured me that I will have no issues with google applications but since I made the switch I had so manny issues and rather use a normal laptop.

TabletsI recently got a brand-new Samsung S10 Ultra tablet, and I've been experiencing similar issues with Google Docs.
When using the S Pen to write, every letter is input twice, and sometimes characters appear that I didn't write. Additionally, when I open the application, the documents become scrambled and disorganized, almost as if there were a glitch or a virus.
Has anyone found a solution for this?
