Bought the Samsumng Galaxy Tablet 9+ with the Samsung keyboard. Oftern times, the keyboard is disconnecting. I need to diconnect and reconnect it from the table to make it work.
What exactly is the problem? hte tablet or the keyboard? Though I already visited the Samsung Cutomer Service saying both devices are working, that it is a software issue.
If that is the case, what is the point of paying a premium price for this tablet if the main reason of buying is the ability of PC like expirence and yet the keyboard is becoming incovenience.
