Keyboard case slim and regular for s9+ don't work or fit

Hi there 

I've now spent around 600 Dollars on both the slim and regular keyboard case for the s9+ and neither fit as described on the box match online descriptions or work.

Any advice folks or Samsung people?

Also a hard glass type screen protector might make it thicker.
