I purchased Samsung Galaxy A9+ a few weeks ago and it has multitouch issues out of the box. I tested this in a touch screen tester and after a few seconds using multitouch... multitouch function will freeze (but single touch is still fine) until you reset test/app. This is a big problem in things like Roblox as I bought it for my nieces/nephew to play on. They noticed the issue after a few minutes which means they started complaining to me about the Tablet being broken.
Will this problem get fixed in a software update (I've updated to latest device software... problem is still persisting) or is this a hardware issue and the device broken? I've seen this issue mentioned across other samsung/reddit posts but no official response.
I found the solution, well its a temporary solution maybe it can help you and others. Also samsung should aware that their user find an alternative fix and still need a permanent solution
