So I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab s7 fe and all of its features work except for one thing. I cannot rotate the lock screen into landscape mode. Just the lock screen. The home screen can rotate in whatever orientation but for some reason the lock screen wont. Even when the auto-rotate setting is on, it will not rotate. It even shows sometimes that its in landscape mode even when its not. I don't know what to do now.
Edit: If anyone else is experiencing this problem, I was able to fix it by resetting my tablet to factory default.
Try rotating the tablet to landscape while it's showing the home screen, then turn your screen off and on. If that didn't work, try restarting your tablet.
